A49H-40 main relief valve

The A49H-40 main safety valve ismainly used in power station boilers, pressure vessels, and temperature and pressure reducing devices to prevent the pressure from exceeding the maximum allowable pressure value and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Brief structure

1. When the medium pressure rises to the set pressure, the impulse safety valve opens, and the medium enters the piston chamber of the main safety valve from the pulse tube and pushes the piston down to automatically open the valve. When the impulse valve closes, the valve flap automatically closes.

2. The sealing surface is surfacing welded with cobalt-based chromium-nickel stainless steel, and the valve disc is heat-treated to improve wear resistance and erosion resistance.
